I think we can all agree that there is a lot of negativity in South Africa at the moment, but sometimes South Africans are able to come together and show their appreciation when they see something positive, for example, the founder and director of DRIP Footwear Lekau Sehoana took to his official Twitter account this afternoon (Friday 17 June) to post a picture of himself posing alongside EFF leader Julius Malema, and a lot of South Africans responded with positive comments.
 

 

A lot of South Africans responded by putting their political views aside and showing their appreciations for two successful black South African men, just look at what some people said after Lekau Sehoana posted the picture of himself posing alongside Julius Malema on Twitter…

“Two living legends that inspire me as a BLACK child that I can make it too ✌🏿”

“Black men with good taste in shoes, I love your shoes! Literally 🤝🏾”

The rich know exactly how to flaunt their money when they want to and it is not really that much of a surprise that we always see businessman, Andile Mpisane doing just that.

The rich young man has once again sparked a conversation on social media and this comes after he decided to take a few pictures of himself as he always does. And people might have been interesting how much he spends on an outfit.

After finding out what the jacket’s price is, that was enough to get people asking why he would spend so much money on clothes, but for Andile, this seems like the response to that is quite obvious.

He is loaded and his mother is even more loaded, so to him, it makes sense to spend R10 000 on a bucket hat, as for the jacket, it is said that it costs R150 000.

Now, there were bound to be reactions to all of this, people gave lists of the things they would do with that R150 000 and this ended up becoming a conversation about how the rich spend on unnecessary things when there so many people who are poor.

But, for those who have always followed Andile, they should know that he spends way more than that sometimes and apparently, the Amapiano singer bought himself a car.

So, it might come as a shock that he bought a jacket that is worth R150 000, but this is very normal to him. This the same person who finds it hard to choose which car to drive for the day, he seemed used to the flaunting and even though there is backlash, a lot of people hype him up, which is something that he probably wants whenever he posts his recent purchase.

People are aware that Andile’s mother Shauwn Mkhize, popularly known as MaMkhize is very rich and some people seem to think that she comes through for Andile more than she has to because he has always been spoilt.

But even if that was the case, he is now working for his money, there is the football club he partly owns and he has the music thing going on.

 

 
Maybe his mother still gives him money, but she probably barely does, this is most likely him spending the money anyhow because he knows that he is spending his own money.

The family is well off, Andile knows this, so it is very unlikely that he would ever need to think twice when he wants to buy something he likes.

And there are some people who get annoyed whenever he posts something on social media because they know what to expect.

It is always about his lavish lifestyle and clearly this gets to some people and one can tell just by the reactions.

The thing I like best about Sis Thembi Nyathi is that she doesn’t waste time and gets right to the point.

She was abandoned by her mother when she was a child, but the mother denies ever doing so. She claims she was helpless in the situation. Nothing about the mother suggests “I’m sorry for abondoning you,” further illustrating her unrepentant selfishness even in death. You can’t just give up on one kid because of money problems and then go on to do the same thing with the rest of your kids and expect praise each time. Even the grandma is fuming after experiencing so much hardship.
 

 

 

 

In a startling revelation, Sister Thembi said their father never paid lobola or damages to their mother. Since her mom and dad are at odds, Thembi wanted to know who she would chose to spend the rest of her life with. Since Phindile’s father is no longer alive, she must pay lobola to herself in the form of a tribute to her father. Those ancestors better come through for her, because everything costs money.

This episode taught me that some of my ancestors have issues with taking responsibility for their actions. The mother should have apologized instead of making excuses. But if it had been us, they would have expected a cow along with that apology.
