The Democratic Alliance (DA) in KwaZulu-Natal in the district of Uthukela is threatening to publish a movement of no self belief in opposition to the deputy mayor Sthabiso Dladla if he does no longer step down.
Dladla is going through claims that he is concerned in a cash-in-transit heist.
The DA, stated that it had police documents that suggests that the he was once the kingpin of a syndicate.
