He wants Kelly khumalo to be prosecuted because it is clear that he knows exactly what he’s doing, and this comes after the recent developments in the case where it was discovered that he wanted the court to order the indictment of the people who were inside the House.

When the soccer star basically died in the incident and it happened that the individuals who were present were not even arrested, none of them were actually arrested but the people who were actually arrested were not even present on scene.

There were many stories that were told about what exactly happened in that incident with some of the Witnesses saying that there was a Robbery that had taken place, and that had led to the incident where the shooting had occurred.

But the court said that they don’t have the authority to do so and then he proceeded to invoke a clause that was seemingly recently developed specifically to get Jacob Zuma arrested, where the NPA was ordered by the court to have him arrested.

And Since that had happened it can also happen in this case, so that is exactly what the courts are supposed to do to have the judge ordered the NPA to arrest those individuals who were present to serve the sentence.
