The South African music and media industry has lost one of the best people who played a vital role in the industry. Death has robbed South Africa so many talented musicians who were known for doing great things and indeed their presence in this country has already been missed. It is indeed true when they say that people should always try by all means to appreciate their loved ones when they are still alive as they do not know what tomorrow has for them. No one can ever be prepared to lose a loved one and most importantly the thought of not seeing them again is really heartbreaking.

 

 

 

 

 
It has been five days since the passing of the popular award winning musician Dr Deborah Fraser.She was a South African award winning gospel musician who started her career in 1986. Over the past years of being in the industry she managed to win the love of people because of the music that she created. It is said that her music is the kind that always left people amazed and uplifted the lives of many people in the country.

She impacted so positively on the lives of many people and motivated them in the best possible way. It still feels like a nightmare to many people as they come into terms with her passing. Deborah was diagnosed with diabetes and was also paralyzed. She did reveal her condition to the world and asked for prayers so that she can get better. Her fans had hopes that she would come back strong but sadly things did not end very well. She has been remembered as a loving and humble woman who accommodated everyone in her life.

The video of one of the interviews she had with the award winning gospel musician Winnie Mashaba has left people in tears. In the video she revealed that she is aware that she is old but God’s grace has been helping her at all challenges. She further said that her days of living are running out and that has left people thinking that she was prepared to leave. Her words revealed that she was very strong although she was going through challenges. After seeing this video, many people were left emotional. Yvonne ChakaChaka is one of the living Icons in South Africa. She played a huge role in fighting for the South African freedom many years ago. Today she attends one of her friend’s funeral Deborah Fraser. She seemed very emotional throughout the funeral because she loved Deborah with her whole heart.

 

 

 
On her speech, Yvonne pays tribute to Deborah Fraser by thanking her for the love and everything that she has done to her life. Both Yvonne and Deborah Fraser music used to bring South Africans altogether as one. They talked to people through their music.

Yvonne ChakaChaka knows how much Deborah Fraser played her role in music. She won multiple awards because of her spiritual healing music. In my opinion I used to listen to both of their music and I have to say that it did made me inspired. She was a real Icon.

Last year etv Popular soap Scandal introduced us to the new Family in the show, the Kubheka’s. I would like to Applaud Scandal for bringing strong actors in the family they introduced to us. Slindile Nodangala who plays Nomvula is one of the powerful actress I’ve ever seen in South Africa.

Mzansi knows her strength in the number of local soapies and movies. Nodangala made her name very big on a local film called Izulu lami, I believe it where the actress got the exposure in the public, because after Izulu Lami that was shot in Durban, she actually never looked back.

 

 
She bag a powerful role on the old Generations playing the role of a shebeen queen Ruby Dikobe, she excelled in the charector until the last days.

Slindile Nodangala had a stint on the Mzansi Magic axed soap Isithembiso, and she moved to the Etv axed soap Rhythm City playing the role of Mama Blossom until the last days of the show.

When the show was axed she joined the current charector she is playing on Etv Scandal, the role of Nomvula Kubheka, the villain. We appreciate her talent.

Deborah Fraser the gospel legend was laid to rest today. She died on Sunday, after an illness. Many Gospels legends attended her funeral and gave some speeches. Benjamin Dube revealed that he called Deborah Fraser recently, he wanted to do a song with her. He said that it was like Deborah Fraser knew that her time is almost up, because she wanted the song to be done quickly.

South Africans left heartbroken, as Deborah Fraser’s son Nkosana Fraser said heartbreaking words. He said his mother has left a mark in South Africa. He added that his mother has done a lot in Mzansi to everyone, and have left a special mark in their hearts.

Her death was following the long time disease, she had which even make her to be paralyzed. Today friends and family are gathered in KwaZulu-Natal province, paying their last respect.

Deborah Fraser will be laid to rest today in her home province KwaZulu-Natal. People of names and fellow gospel artists have also blessed the gathering.

Prince Kaybee Debuts A New Look & Fans Are Not Happy

Producer and DJ, Prince Kaybee posted two pictures of himself yesterday on his social media, luckily before he posted he alerted his fans of his new look. The star has decided to shave off his hair, he has a number of different hairdos since breaking in the industry. Day one Prince Kaybee’s fans knew him when he had dreadlocks but as years went by he decided to cut them off.

It’s been a number of years since he shaved off his deadlocks but no one has ever seen him bald before, the DJ posted on his social media about what he was about to do, he jokingly asked God to help him.

A day later he posted the two pictures of his bald head, fans decided to roast him because of his big head.

Some of his followers said he reminds them of a young Jacob Zuma whilst some said they preferred him with dreadlocks.
