There’s a Romeo and Juliet story in KwaMashu and it puts doctorturned-thug Sibonelo’s (Wiseman Mncube) life in danger.

Sibonelo has been unlucky in the love department, but when he steps out of his home and sees the gorgeous Nomaswazi (Omuhle Gela) who’s there to meet with Sibonelo’s gangster dad Nkunzi (Masoja Msiza) about her champagne business, he believes that his luck is about to change for the better! But he couldn’t be more wrong if he tried, says Wiseman.

 

 

Sibonelo falls in love with Nomaswazi unaware that she’s related to new gangster Vika (Siyabonga Radebe), who is trying to steal the Mhlongo empire from Nkunzi to become the top gangster in KwaMashu.

Sibonelo asks Nomaswazi out on a date and they meet at a restaurant later on… and that’s the last anyone sees of Sibonelo.

He’s lured into a sinister plan and his mom Gabi (Baby Cele) fears for his life when he doesn’t return.

Gabisile barges into Nkunzi’s office and insists that something is wrong with Sibonelo – it’s not like him to vanish and they need to find him now.
