Economic Freedom Fighters heavyweight, and Kwa-Zulu Natal provincial secretary, Vusi Khoza has let the cat out of the bag, explaining why advocate Dan Teffo was arrested in court.
Khoza argues that Teffo was arrested because he is moving too fast and seem to be asking the right questions on Senzo Meyiwa’s case which will see the real killers being exposed.
The case of Senzo Meyiwa has been dragging for too long, and some people who believe that the dead can come back to haunt their killers and fight for justice, believe Meyiwa must be really fighting and it’s only a matter of time before everything hidden is brought to light.
The EFF commissar states that the arrest of Teffo in court indicates that the system is shaken by his questioning techniques which might see this case finally getting resolved and the culprits being brought to book.
“Was this really necessary? I think Advocate Teffo is getting too close to exposing the real killers of Senzo Meyiwa and the system is shaken. #JusticeForSenzoMeyiwa #IstandwithAdvocateTeffo,” said Khoza.
What send many furiously typing was the fact that the police officers who arrested advocate Teffo didn’t tell him what are the charges for his arrest and they also didn’t read him his rights, as heard in the viral videos in which journalists kept asking “why they didn’t read him his rights.”
Advocate Teffo allegedly revealed that police minister, Bheki Cele doesn’t want him in the Senzo Meyiwa case.
He says he has got a warrant of arrest from January and doesn’t know what are the charges.
Several speculations are making waves and some people are suspecting that there might be some big fish involved in the murder of Senzo Meyiwa.
They argue that this explains why it’s been difficult to get to the bottom of the case, even though there were so many witnesses in the house when the Orlando Pirates goalkeeper was murdered.
