Many people in the entertainment industry have been affected by the cancellation culture on social media. Some have lost what they have worked for and even opportunities. And this is something that South Africans want to happen to well-known and loved singer Kelly Khumalo.

Kelly Khumalo is one person who is praised for her career and her talent, but when it comes to her personal life, not much is going well for her. Ever since the passing of her boyfriend, Senzo Mayiwa, she has been heavily judged and blamed for what occurred during the time of his murder, especially because she and other people were present when the murder took place, but none of them can identify who is responsible for Sensor’s murder.

Many people feel like Kelly knows what happened and they just do not want to speak because it might implicate her as well. Many social media users felt like it was time for Kelly Khumalo to get cancelled and they are angered by the double standards of the cancel culture. Many felt like Kelly should not be living her best life and enjoying getting booked for shows after the murder occurred because if Kelly was a man, then the situation would have been handled differently.
