Durban Gen actress Tsidi Makitle who plays Phumeza Sibiya on the Etv soapie has a twin sister named Tsidiso Makitle in real life. The twins were born on 17 August 1998 and will be turning 24 years old later this year.

The twins were born and raised in New Germany, Outside Pinetown in KwaZulu Natal. They are so close that they do almost everything together, they even graduated together at the University Of Zululand in 2020 with Bachelor Of Creative Arts. The last week and a half on Durban Gen Phumeza and her husband Thulani Sibiya have found themselves being in serious debt and some of their possessions dispossessed. This is due to someone pretending to be Phumeza.

 

After Thulani sees a video of someone that looks like Phumeza spending a lot of money in a clothing shop, his suspicious of his wife Phumeza will grow and even though Phumeza will deny that it is not her in the video. Could Durban Gen be introducing the other twin on the soapie and how will Phumeza explain that it is not her in the video.
