I Still Can’t Believe That Steve Komphela Earns So Little, This Is His Salary

I used to believe that soccer coaches were compensated based on their years of experience and accomplishments as a coach, but I recently discovered that this is not the case and that it all depended on the contract they signed. The fact that Steve Komphela earns so little money at Mamelodi Sundowns continues to amaze me.

Knowing that Steve has worked as a coach for one of the most successful soccer clubs in South Africa, Kaizer Chiefs, I was expecting to see his name among the top three highest paid coaches in the DStv Premiership. However, I was wrong. I still can’t believe that he is the Mamelodi Sundowns coach that earns the least amount of money.

I’m sure you’ve been waiting to find out how much he makes per month, and you’re going to find out how much he makes per year. I regret to inform you that I was unable to obtain a precise figure for him, however he is rumored to be making between R500 000 and R600 000 each year.

I stated that he makes less because both Manqoba Mngqithi and Rhulani Mokwena earn far more than he does in terms of monthly salary. Do you believe he deserves to be the lowest-paid coach in the league? What are your thoughts on his remuneration?
