Gladys has decided to leave her chg husband Melusi after his repeated cheating and disrespect. He’s been an awful partner and a terrible father. Many people, including myself, were glad that she finally took that step towards a divorce. She was even mulling over the idea of a party to celebrate.

This was when Sannah’s character asked Gladys if she was trying to be a part of Boom Shaka. It was hilarious to watch Thembi pretend like she didn’t know what that was at all. I loved the way it felt natural but still made an impact on those watching. To see an iconic Boom Shaka Shaka her pretend like that was hilarious.

Personal Thoughts
I love what the writers were able to achieve here but for the most part the story does seem to be lagging. Not even the banter between Zodwa and Gladys can save us from noticing. Ama Qamata being gone is giving Phumlani too much power, he is well on his way to becoming the new Don, an annoying villain that bores everyone.
