Melusi and Phumlani came to blows on Friday’s episode of Gomora. Melusi having finally come to terms with the fact that Gladys was leaving him ran into Thati to inform her that he is now free to be with her. He tried to convince Thati that she loves him and not Phumlani and that she is only with Phumlani because he had gone back to Gladys. Phumlani came in and confronted Melusi, rewinding him that he has warned him to stay away from his wife. Melusi then proceeded to hit Phumlani, who hit him back before Bongani interrupted them. What’s interesting is that Phumlani had called off a hit on Melusi. I don’t think Phumlani can kill Melusi now since he will likely be a prime suspect. His hands are tied.

 

 

 
Gladys has finally let go of Melusi in his heart. I know I said this yesterday but this breakup has made me very happy. Gladys has always deserved more than to be Melusi’s crumbs. She showed absolutely no interest in Melusi’s wellbeing following his fight in Phumlani before informing Ntokozo of their pending divorce.

Sibongile is giving Stompie a hard time by ignoring his calls. Stompie sent Sbosh a very sincere voice message telling her how much he lyoves her and how he wants her to have a bright future. This guy is “in love” with a child. Thati asked Stompie to help her find Buhle after visiting him at his shack only for Sdumo who had a hit put on his life by Phumlani warn him that he should stay away from Thati or he might end up dead.

I was very happy to see Sdumo, I thought he was dead. He also seems to have recovered from his injuries. Sometimes when I want to root for Phumlani I remember how cruel he was to Sdumo and Brains. I know they were rude to Mazet but for him to hospitalize them with a bat and then just order their deaths when they became useless to him really makes it hard to support him in his battle for thati’s affections.
