For the first time, the country has come together to help someone who is still alive. For the longest period, Zola7 has been absent from our screens. He attempted to return to our screens by hosting a show called Utatakho, but it did not go well for him. After he had shot a few episodes, the show was given to someone else.
We then caught up with him on MacG's podcast, where he discussed practically everything, including his professional and personal lives. He had revealed that he suffers from epilepsy and that he has been dealing with it for quite some time. He even mentioned that he had been in a car accident as a result of his epilepsy.
There has been a number of people who have come out to support the movement on assisting the legendary musician to get back to his normal health condition. There were a number of people who have showed concern regarding his weight loss and how he looks in general.
A number of well known people stepped in, some just went to see him, and some offered him money. Zola was seen with Mamkhize, and he was even driving her car. There were a number of stories afterwards, and some reports claimed she gave him millions. Zola has revealed that Mamkhize gave him nothing, and that she just wanted to cook for him. He also said her son, Andile, just wanted to meet him. So there are no millions as the reports had said.
