Somizi Buyani Mhlongo-Motaung is a South African actor, media personality and choreographer. In 1992, he appeared on the musical and political film, Sarafina! which gained him prominence.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

He was born on 23 December in the year 1972. He is 49 years old and will be turning 50 in December this year.

His educational background is not disclosed but in 2014 in an interview on eTV’s The Close Up, he once said; “At the age of 7, I went to school for the first year. Then 6 months later I couldn’t take it being without my parents – I wanted to join them and I didn’t like going to school”

Somizi has a daughter with South African actress, Palesa Madisakwane called Bahumi. His daughter is very beautiful.

Somizi’s net worth is not known but it is estimated around R74 million ($5 million) which is figures that still needs to be confirmed.
