Hope Mbhele is another actor joining the cast of Uzalo. She will play the role of Amahle Sishi on the Soapie. The young woman is building her career slowly but surely. The irony in her story is that she started as an extra on Uzalo in 2016. She kept moving from one production to the next, and now she has come full circle as she is returning to where she started, but as a leader now.

Sandile Musi is also one of the new editions on Uzalo. The musician is not a newcomer in the entertainment industry, and he has appeared in Isibaya and The River, to name a few. Masindi, as he calls himself, will be playing a character called Kwanda Buthelezi.

The three will start appearing on our screens in May 2022. Uzalo is currently teasing a season 8 premiere which will come on the 4th of March.
