Hope Mbhele is a new face on the acting scene and she is steadily making sure we remember her name! Her latest news has her joining Uzalo, SABC 1 most popular TV show, as a new cast mate called Amahle Sishi.
She’s making her way up the ladder in the entertainment industry.

We all know her from popular limited series turned telenovela, Umkhokha in the role of Busisiwe where she stars alongside Nay Maps. But her discography also included Goodbye Gogo, A Minnie Dlamini produced short film. She’s also starred in No Love Lost which debuted on Showmax on Valentine’s day.

Social Media Reaction
People were frustrated with the idea of Uzalo continuing still. Most confessed to having thought the show was on the way to cancellation not adding new people.

One user wrote, “Uzalo is still taking in more people when they failing to produce a proper TV drama phela there’s nothing left there”

Personal Thoughts
It seems people have reached their wits end with Uzalo and its becoming more of an annoyance than a pleasure. I wonder if SABC 1 will hear everyone out of they’ll keep shoveling content as long as the viewership remains high. Perhaps the story is salvageable but it will take quite a bit of time.

But as for me, I enjoy seeing Hope Mbhele on my screen at all times. I think more than just her being beautiful, I enjoy her style of acting and probably the way she speaks isiZulu.
