Ricky Rick, and Cassper Nyovest were once the closest people. They however went their separate ways quietly. When Cassper dropped his album in 2020, there was a song that spoke about Ricky Rick. He then took to Twitter to address the issue, and how things fell apart. In a series of tweets, Ricky revealed what had transpired.

 

 

 

 

He said he wished Cassper could have just called him if he thought there was any issue to address. He says he felt as though he should have not used a song to get the message across.

In an insta story that was shared by rapper D. a LES, in 2021, Ricky Rick could be seen dancing to one of Cassper Nyovest’s song. The video was taken at an event that they were attending. It was also not clear whether Cassper was performing, or his music was just being played at the event. Cassper Nyovest went from being beat friends with Ricky Rick to actually acting like they didn’t exist in the same world. It is not surprising or new, people fight with their friends all the time, friendships end all the time, it is just that they are not of famous people.

Someone took to Twitter just after Ricky Rick’s death was reported. He spoke about how everyone that beefs with Cassper ends up committing suicide. The person was referring to the recent passing of Patrick Shai who also committed suicide by hanging himself after he insulted Cassper Nyovest. This was a reckless tweet, and could really get this person into a lot of trouble. It has not been reported yet what Ricky Rick was actually going through, or why he decided to do what he did.
