Ex-Bafana captain Steven Pienaar announces the birth of his twins

Family is one of the biggest motivations amongst these well known professionals and having babies is one of their biggest inspirations.

In the PSL and in the lucrative leagues abroad former Bafana Bafana captain Steven Pienaar during his illustrious career was not much of a goalpoacher but a playmaker. However, off the field of play more especially in the bedroom the product of the Transnet School of Excellence is proving to be quite a goal scorer as on Saturday evening he recently announced the birth of his twins on Instagram whom he shares with his longtime sweetheart Awa Abduleau

 

Taking to the popular platform a joyous Steve Pienaar who currently serves as the assistant coach of the U18 team of the Ajax Youth Academy was pictured holding his additional members to his now family of seven. However, taking to Instagram the former Bafana Bafana captain who is also a father of three daughters did not reveal the gender of his two babies.

Steven Pienaar and his beautiful wife who is half Moroccan descent have been together for over a decade now but opted to get married in July 2021. As Steven Pienaar has since made it public knowledge that he is now a father of five, congratulatory messages from his colleagues, his fans and followers have since flooded on his Instagram account.

The legendary Johannesburg born player who also serves at the brand ambassador of his former club Everton during his illustrious career had the privilege of plying his trade in the Netherlands, Germany, England and in South Africa up until he decided to announce his retirement from football in 2018.
