Jamie Bartlett was born on July 9th, 1966, in Maidenhead, Berkshire, England, and rose to fame as the bad boy of the South African soap opera Rhythm City. His parents are from South Africa and the United Kingdom, respectively. The handsome actor went to three different high schools before finding success. As an example, there are three high schools in Johannesburg: St Stithians Boys College, the Rondebosch high school, and the Brynston high school. After high school, he enrolled in the University of Cape Town’s speech and drama program to further his education. A few years later, he joined actor Peter Bridgemont at the prestigious London acting school Chrysalis Theater Acting School for his post-Graduate Masterclasses. He’ll be 55 in 2021 when the movie comes out.
