It’s all systems go when the nurses at Durban Gen hospital learn that their surgeon colleague Lindelani (Mike Ndlangamandla) is single following his split from medical intern Mbali (Nelisiwe Sibiya).
Basically, the women are throwing themselves at Lindelani from all directions, especially Sne (Nombulelo Mhlongo). And since Lindelani is looking to distract himself to avoid facing his emotions, he not only agrees to wine and dine the nurses, he also has sex with all of them!
Before the nurses know it, there’s a sexually transmitted disease (STD) outbreak at the hospital and Lindelani is passing it around. However, Sne contracts more than gonorrhoea from Lindelani: She falls pregnant!
Within a few days of taking the STD treatment, Sne experiences unusual symptoms that have nothing to do with her condition or the medication that she’s using.
She feels nauseous, exhausted and moody. At first Sne doesn’t read into the warning signs, but when she realises that she has missed her period, she believes that there could only be one explanation.
Sne takes a pregnancy test and it’s positive. She’s shocked but at the same time, she is excited. Sne believes that the pregnancy is her ticket to taking the next step with Lindelani. It’s no secret that Sne is head over heels for Lindelani. She thinks that when she tells him that she’s carrying their baby, he’ll drop all of the other women and commit to her.
