In addition to acting and singing, Ayanda Ncwane is a successful businesswoman and philanthropist from South Africa. Besides her role as CEO of Ncwane Communications, she also oversees the Africa Gospel Awards as their president.

Durban, South Africa, is where she was born on August 12th, 1991. She graduated from Endwedwe’s Nombika High School. During her time at school, she participated in theater, opera training, farming, and girl scouting.

Ayanda began her modeling career as soon as she graduated from high school. As a teen, she competed in two pageants: Miss Teen Durban and Miss Teen South Africa.

She worked as a waitress to help support her family and also appeared as an extra in episodes of Generations and Isidingo to supplement her income. She was also cast as a Shangane girl in the television series Mzansi.
