For the dough:
4 cup flour
1 cup milk skimmed, liquid
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt spray
Filling:
1/4 cup mushroom clip
4 tbsp pizza sauce
1/4 cup olive clip
Pepper slices
Teaspoon thyme
A cup of cream cheese

Melt the yeast in a small cup with warm water and leave to react.
In a large bowl, put the flour, add milk, oil and stir, put the yeast, salt, sugar and knead thoroughly for 5 minutes.
Make a ball of dough, covered with a kitchen towel and left in a warm place for an hour.
Spread the dough in a tray, soak the sauce on the dough and spread the filling evenly, sprinkle with thyme and cheese, then bake in a hot oven for half an hour.
