Alfios has been through a lot of stress because of the whole situation, and he might be close to telling the truth, which the Makgongwa family doesn’t want him to. And Alfred is doing everything in his power to stop Alfios.

But it seems like there might be more trouble after Friday’s episode that left viewers with a lot of questions about whether or not Alfios is still alive after what seemed like he may have fallen off a cliff. Some people are claiming he could still be alive. And this will only be revealed on Monday’s episode. Stay tuned.

Saturday the 29th of January was chaotic on social media. Tweeps had to go through a wave of mixed emotions. Pearl Thusi and Mr Smeg went out on a #NationalLunchDate. The date has allowed Smeg to be spoilt since he’s usually the one who’s spoiling Twitter ladies who are lucky enough to secure a date with him and his kettle. In the process, a lot of local businesses were supported; Tshepo Jeans, Era by DJ Zinhle and Oskido’s very own restaurant, Daruma.

Oskido joined the couple for a quick welcome. He ended up overstaying and making Smeg look like the third wheel. As if that was not enough, he kissed Pearl as he was about to leave. I understand that he and Pearl are close, but he didn’t need to be so cosy with her while she’s on a date with another man. The kiss didn’t really land on the lips but it was clear as day that he was subtly telling Smeg that even if he dates Pearl, he’ll be in the background. Smeg just took the jab gracefully as he acted like he didn’t see anything.

The kiss was blown out of proportion by social media but rightfully so. Oskido was supposed to have some boundaries because Pearl was on a date after all. Even if her date with Smeg doesn’t lead into a relationship, he could’ve at least respected him. It was distasteful of him to get overly cosy with her on the date.
